The clip is so well made and does a great job of holding my hair up. I have a lot of hair so sometimes clips just don’t work well but this one does. So glad I purchased it!

Not only did the new one I ordered come VERY quickly, well-packaged, and even more beautiful than in the pictures, on the same day mine came in, the team from Centinelle had also sent my girlfriend a surprise replacement for the one she had broken, completely for free! Besides the glowing chard cotton silk bandana and glowing chard green hair claw being so cute and such high quality, my interactions with customer service were splendid! I recently moved and accidently had my old address still listed in my account and was rushing through ordering so forgot to change it before placing the order. I still live in the same complex so figured worse case scenario, I could go over and knock on the door of my old address but figured I'd reach out to customer service and see if I couldn't get the address updated. They updated it for me and it was delivered to my correct address. Love buying from this company!
