Shipping policy


Domestic (U.S.):

  • For orders shipped to the U.S., we offer free shipping on orders $100+ or $9 flat rate shipping.
  • Check individual product weight on the details of each product or go to check out for eligibility. We ship via USPS.
  • Ships from Connecticut, 2 days processing time. Five days transit time, we don't ship on weekends. 

International Shipping:

We ship to the following areas and countries. International shipping fees can be calculated on checkout. We do not quote shipping fees via email.

North America:

Processing Times:

  • Last Call to get Gifts Before December 24th is, December 15th 12pm pst time.
  • Shipping processing time takes 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary according to the service you choose.
  • Ships from Connecticut.
  • Five days transit time.
  • We don't ship on weekends. Warehouse hours. Mon-Fri, 9am to 4pm est time. 
  • During sales, shipping can take longer due high orders volume. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Notice: USPS Priority 2 days or any Priority Mail Express shipping service do not reduce the processing time. 
  • Sale items can take longer to ship due the volume on orders when sales season. Sale products are final sale, can’t be returned. 

Customs Fees:

  • The customer is responsible for any customs fees.

Important:

  • International shipping fees can be calculated on checkout. We do not quote shipping fees via email.
  • Is responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and secure address where at any time the package can be delivered, like a mail box or a 24/7 attended place.
  • Last week before Christmas we try to ship the next day of the day of the order to help you get your gifts on time but is not guaranteed, so plan ahead.
  • Domestic flat rate shipping takes from 3 to 5 days once starts tracking
    International flat rate takes 6 to 15 days after once starts tracking
    *Processing time is not included in delivery times.
  • Centinelle will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
  • Track your package closely!
  • Is responsibility of the customer to provide a correct address where the packages can be received, we are not liable for loss by address error or theft after delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND MY PACKAGE!
  • Oh no!  File the claim right away directly with the carrier. Time is important, so file your claim immediately, the fastest the more possibilities you have to recover it. I highly recommend you do it yourself cause you can give the carrier representative more info about your case . Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has dropped them off.
  • If a package is forwarded/returned to us, we can ship your order out with a $5 reship fee. Unfortunately we cant respond for wrong addresses or carriers mistakes. Sorry about that.
  • I THINK MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY! Oh no! We are so sorry to hear this. Sadly, we are no longer responsible for packages after they have been delivered to you. 
International Returns Due to Address Error
If an international package is returned to our warehouse by the carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the following terms apply:
  • Product Refund: We will issue a refund for the cost of the products once the package is received and processed at our facility.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as the service was already rendered by the carrier to attempt delivery.
  • Re-Shipping: If you prefer to have the item re-sent, you will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee to the corrected address.
