The clip is so well made and does a great job of holding my hair up. I have a lot of hair so sometimes clips just don’t work well but this one does. So glad I purchased it!
I had originally ordered one of their claw clips because my girlfriend had broken hers on accident. Not only did the new one I ordered come VERY quickly, well-packaged, and even more beautiful than in the pictures, on the same day mine came in, the team from Centinelle had also sent my girlfriend a surprise replacement for the one she had broken, completely for free! So now she’ll have 2 of these beautiful clips, and we can be sure the customer service is beyond incredible! Thank you Centinelle!
